Transition Weight Loss Program - The Second Phase
The Transition Program is a six week session custom designed to make maintaining your weight loss simple and rewarding. During this time you will be tapered off of your appetite suppressants and given the tools and tips and training you need to be able to manage your weight, while continuing on a healthy and enjoyable dietary program. We will demonstrate to you that it is something you can do to long term to prevent those yo-yo'ing weight changes you have frequently seen in the past. With this new style of "low glycemic" eating, you will continue to have great energy, not feel hungry or have the cravings that so often causes one to get off track.
At this point in the program you’ve come a long way, and you’ve proven to yourself and others that you are committed to healthy living. Moving forward, we’ll teach you everything you need to know to live a healthy life where you look and feel great.
